Order was cancelled0 as the website was down. No food was delivered. Waiting on refund

Took 2.5 hours to arrive. Was told they were waiting for a driver..... hour and half later still nothing. Told shop I wanted a refund. Food turned up out the blue like nothing was wrong. Extremely poor service.
